I though about your letter for a long time.It finally came to me. your answer lies in the first 4 words.
Change ‘we’ to ‘I’ and ‘cats’.
you are destined to become a sad lonely cat person. There will be no WE. Cat women live and die alone. I know it is just two twenty punders but it will be an entire houseful before you are done. You will feed the strays and collect the sob stories.
Forget moving them to get out. you will soon be a shut in. I am sure your city has grocery delivery so stock up on cat food and treats and have them all delivered. I would look for a liquor store to deliver as well, but that’s just me.
You might as well admit – the cats have won and you will be but a sad cat lady with a hundred cats sleeping on your head.
